This property requires a refundable deposit of €300 to cover any loss, damage or breach of house rules, which will be paid after inspecting the property and refunded within 7 days after your departure.

Unless otherwise agreed, please respect standard entry times (after 3pm) and check out (before 11am).

Early check in and late check out is available for an extra fee (typically 50% of Airbnb daily rate; free of charge if we manage your airport transfers).

Toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and trash bags are provided upon arrival, but are not replenished or refilled during your stay.

A hairdryer is available per bathroom.

Keep the property and its belongings safe at all times.

Please inform us immediately if something breaks or stops working so we can try to repair it asap.

Do not flush wipes down the toilet or use towels from the house on the outside or to remove makeup.

Please use the electricity, air-conditioning and water responsibly.

Before departure, to avoid spills or bad smells, guests are asked to put the garbage in the garbage bins, located in the street. A large wheeled container is provided for such purpose.
