Villa Klem offers a spectacular view of the sea, nestled in a privileged area on the cliffs of Cala Canyelles. With private stairs leading directly to the rocks and sea below, this villa is just 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. Ideal for family holidays, the villa can accommodate 10 to 12 guests in its 5 double bedrooms, with an optional sixth available at an extra charge. Guests can also enjoy an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and sauna, all boasting sea views.

Spanning three levels and approximately 400 square meters, Villa Klem boasts a spacious living room with a TV and fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, complete with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The lower floor houses 5 double bedrooms, all with sea views except one. An additional sixth suite is available upon request, not included in the standard rate, featuring a double bedroom and a full bathroom with sea views. For relaxation, an indoor pool (9x4m) with a jacuzzi and a sauna for six people, offering stunning sea vistas, is available alongside an additional bathroom.

The property encompasses a vast 7000 square meter area with gardens, terraces, and spacious grounds for enjoying delightful breakfasts and meals by the pool, while soaking in the breathtaking view. A large barbecue area and ample parking are provided. The beautiful outdoor pool (12x6m) allows you to admire the vastness of the Mediterranean Sea and the spectacular landscapes of the Costa Brava.

Situated in Cala Canyelles, a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava known for its clear and crystalline waters, the location offers opportunities to rent umbrellas and loungers, and engage in activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and canoeing. Guests can also savor typical Mediterranean cuisine, including fish and paella, at the beach restaurants.
