This house also includes a living room with fireplace, a dinning space under a pergola, an independent TV lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and several guests restroom.

The first floor has 1 suite with sea view and large terrace, 1 master bedroom with sea view and large terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with single beds and balcony with sea view, and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and balcony with sea view. There are also 2 bedrooms the independent annex of the house (1 double bedroom with sea view and terrace, and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and terrace with garden view), and a massage room with sea view and terrace (treatments are not included).

Note : The nightclub is soundproofed but not equipped with a sound and light system. Everything guests need for their events can be installed (with extra costs).

Ventolera House :

This villa is fully independent, therefore offering intimacy. Exotic, welcoming and brimming with details, it truly invites its occupants to be cozy.

This house includes a living room with dining room, guests restrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

The ground floor has 1 double bedroom with sea view and terrace; 1 double bedroom with single beds, sea view and terrace; and 1 double bedroom with single beds. On the first floor, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 master bedroom with sea view and large terrace. In the independent room in annex, guests can find 1 double bedroom with sea view and 1 double bedroom with a kids room of two beds.

Los Muros House :

This gorgeous Andalousian style villa was specifically designed for sleeping and tranquility, offering spectacular views from all angles. Thirteen of the fourteen bedrooms of the villa have a sea view.

The ground floor comprises 3 double bedroom with terrace; 2 double bedroom; 1 double bedroom with single beds and terrace; and 1 double bedroom with single beds.

On the first floor, there are 1 double bedroom (with adjacent room with two kid's beds);3 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with four beds and balcony, 1 bedroom with eight beds and balcony; and 1 cosy double bedroom (no sea view).

Outdoors​

The property offers beautiful and large exteriors.

Guests can appreciate the relaxing breeze of the Mediterranean Sea in the lush and wooded gardens, real heaven for relaxing, with its fountain, waterfall, large grassy plane and multitude of local trees, flowers and plants.

They can also enjoy a massage under the flowers, a game of pétanque or ping-pong, various terraces and the two beautiful pools.

The property features a private beach house, located only a 5-minute drive away from the villas, with exclusive access to the beach. This distinctive place will truly put guests in a holiday state of mind giving them a feeling to be in an oasis of serenity. The beach house offers three private terraces, a kitchen and a restroom.
